The configuration of mobile concrete batching plant series HCP
1) Aggregate batching bins and measurement system :
located at the back end of the whole station, the upper part is the aggregate (sand, stone) storage hopper, the storage hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, and the heightening plate is set to increase the storage capacity, and the pneumatic are sequentially Open door operation, aggregate measurement is a cumulative measurement method for a variety of materials. 2) Main mixing machine:
JS type forced mixer is generally used to complete the fluidity and dry-hard concrete quickly and evenly. A vertical axis planetary mixing unit is also available.
3) Belt conveyor frame:
This frame is a truss structure connecting the main chassis and the aggregate material frame, and the belt frame is built in; the main frame, the belt frame and the batching frame are integrated to form the main structure of the whole mobile mixing station.
4) Weighing system:
Water, aggregate and cement are carried out separately, simultaneously, automatically and without interference, ensuring maximum metering accuracy and reliability through high-precision sensors. Admixture is metered with water by water sacle.
5) Host chassis:
The chassis contains the tow truck's traction pin and parking legs; the chassis is equipped with the metering scale of the mixer, cement and water admixture; the surrounding is equipped with inspection and walking platforms and railings.
6) Control room:
Built-in mixing station automatic control system. When working, the control room is used as the front support point of the whole station. When the transfer is transported, the control room is collected and stored in the bracket; all the control lines do not need to be disassembled.
Peripheral components: for cement silos and screw conveyors, peripheral components can be transported and disassembled as a whole.
