Emulsified asphalt plant is a special equipment used to produce emulsified asphalt. The operation principle of the equipment is: breaking the asphalt into tiny particles by mechanical force under the action of emulsifier, and uniformly dispersing in water to form a stable emulsion, that is emulsified asphalt.

1. This asphalt emulsion plant uses an automatic control system to automatically monitor and regulate asphalt content in emulsified asphalt. In addition, the asphalt emulsion plant adopts two emulsion tanks to mix the materials and drain water in turn for continuous production. Compressed air drives fluid flow which is governed by the pneumatic valve, thus reducing labor intensity.

High efficiency plate heat exchanger is equipped to cool the finished emulsified asphalt so as to improve emulsified asphalt storage stability, and then to heat the cooling water for producing emulsified asphalt which could save water heating cost. The whole process is environmental friendly and energy saving.

3. The temperature HTF heating system can be automatically controlled. It is used to warm the pump before production and protect the temperature in the process. This heating system has replaced the traditional baking with blowtorch for its fast and convenient.

4. The unique design of emulsion plant could keep the regulated interval between stator and rotor. The stators and rotors which after special handling own excellent wear and corrosion resistance. This could guarantee nice emulsion effect and stability.

5. ZZEM asphalt emulsion plant adopts PLC control system. The asphalt emulsion plant governs the asphalt pump revolving speed by frequency variable motor and regulates the emulsion flow by a valve. Therefore, the ratio of asphalt to water can be accurately controlled.
