Specification of Belt conveyor Concrete Mixing Plant series BCP
1. The main building of the concrete mixing plant adopts H-shaped steel as the main beam, the structure is stable and firm, and the anti-vibration force is strong.
2. The cable and air pipe arrangement in the building adopts special wiring trough, which is neat and beautiful and is conducive to protecting the cable. The outer seal is made of pressed color steel plate, which is beautiful and generous.
3. Thermal insulation can be added as needed to accommodate cold weather in the north.
4. The mixing machine is available with a twin-shaft mixer and a spindle planetary agitator. For winter construction, the entire station seal and aggregate heating and main unit heating system can be selected.
5. The veneer belt joint is vulcanized and bonded, and the service life is three times larger than that of ordinary steel riveting. The main belt adopts a self-correcting roller to prevent the belt from running off.
6. The control interface is completely easy to operate. According to the needs of production, the ratio of the next tank can be submitted at any time. There is no waiting time in the production process that is achieve seamless connection of multi-match production, greatly improved production efficiency.
